Let's Keep It Clean

If someone wants to post an opinion on Kingston politics, go right ahead.

However, vulgarities, accusations of criminal activity without proof, or just plain vicious personal attacks are not welcome here.

This blog encourages intelligent discussion.  If you want to swear or act like a fool, there are other blogs who publish such rubbish.  Go post there.

Brad Will appeared before the City of Kingston Board of Ethics Tuesday night. He was represented by Eric Naiburg of Suffolk County, a high profile criminal defense attorney who once defended Amy Fisher. A news article appears this morning describing the secret hearing.

Why isn't this in the Daily Freeman,? Mid Hudson News has an article about it on their website. Curious to see how Freeman and Kingston times spin it!

The Freeman subscribes to MHN's daily feed. That's how the Freeman can still cover local stories, while their staff is out sniffing glue. So when you have an important story in MHN, but not in the Freeman, it's left out on purpose, not merely an omission. In other words, the Freeman will sometimes censor a particular story to suit their own bias. Sometimes good stories will make it through on the weekend, when the regular Freeman editor is off duty.
