The Sheriff is da Man!!

Sheriff VanBlarcum issued a statement that has made national news.

I agree with his statement and I tip my hat to him.  Kudos Sheriff.

The government cannot always be there to protect you. The problem is that Americans look to the government for all their needs. Take responsibility for yourselves. There will come a time when law enforcement cannot always help you out in a crisis in a timely manner. So learn to fend for yourselves. This is not advocating anarchy but rather the reality of the situation. It doesn't have to be the Wild Wild West. Be a responsible, law abiding gun owner.

Paul has redeemed himself for that previous "background check" nonsense at the County DSS building. Both political wigs respond to terrorism with fear: the right with xenophobia, and the left with hoplophobia. http://phobialist.com

Sheriff was right on both issues.

I agree with you Rich! Too many people not eligible for social services benefits. Tired of them scamming the system especially the ones that are criminals. Some have never worked a day in their lives.

No he wasn't, it was designed hurt poor people. If he really cared about cleaning up warrent she should do it in every county building. Why should a person be able get a house deed or a drivers license if they have a warrent, you follow? It was an attack on the poor. The sheriff is a weirdo and has his own issues.

3:36,

What are you talking about? Your gibberish is barely decipherable.

His plan targeted people with felony warrants, not poor people. Those without outstanding warrants had nothing to worry about.

It wasn't just felony warrants first off, secondly why not do it at all county buildings? Why just dss? Why not the dmv? Why not county building? Health dept ect?

Couldn't agree with you more Rich. War rent checks should happen in all city county and state offices.

They did check other buildings.

Oh I didn't know that, I was under impression it was only DSS. In that case I don't have a problem with it.
