CAHILL ENDORSED BY CONSERVATIVES

I was informed by County Conservative Chairman, Ed Gaddy, that the Conservative Party has endorsed my candidacy for Mayor of the City of Kingston. I am very pleased to receive the support of the Conservative Party. This is another important step toward my goal of becoming Mayor of the City of Kingston.

The County Conservatives interviewed me and two of my Republican opponents this past Monday night. The questions were insightful and well thought out. I just answered their questions and set forth details of my comprehensive plan for the City of Kingston. I was informed that the Conservatives chose me without a dissenting vote. That was particularly pleasing.

The City Republicans will hold their nominating convention in late May or early June. I am hopeful of obtaining their endorsement as well. I have received a great deal of support from the committeemen and I am looking forward to the convention. The support just keeps growing and growing.

In the days ahead, I intend to focus like a laser on my comprehensive plan for the city. I will not allow myself to be distracted by negative politics, nor will I waste time with proposals to ban yard sales, cats, or cigarettes. I am dealing with issues of crime, taxes, city spending, jobs, and the local economy. That is what people in Kingston have told me are the issues important to them.

It is time for Andi and Ron to get out of the race. They can no longer win.

STOP PATTING YOURSELF ON THE BACK YOU HAVEN'T WON YET. AND IF HISTORY
REPEATS LIKE IT SO OFTEN DOES YOU WON'T WIN THIS TIME OR ANY TIME. SEE YOUR NOT RUNNING AGAINST SOTTILE YOUR RUNNING AGAINST YOUR OWN PARTY. AND WE KNOW THAT THE ONLY REPUBLICAN THAT REALLY LIKES YOU IS TONY SINAGRA. HEY MAYBE THAT'S WHY YOU DON'T HAVE A CAMPAIGN MANAGER.

10:50,

I have an excellent campaign manager named Imre Beke.

As far as your other negative comments, I have no intention of wasting my time responding to them. Unlike 4 years ago, I am focusing my campaign on my comprehensive plan and the issues that matter to the people of Kingston.

6:51: I disagree about Andi getting out of the race. She is just as much qualified as Rich is and she has more of a positive personality than Rich. Rich does have the smarts and great plans but he needs to, somehow, really change his negative image. We need a Mayor that people can like and can do the job.
10:50: Your comment is just plain vindictive and mean spirited.
Rich, did you get involved with the Kingston clean Sweep? If not, you missed an opportunity to mingle and work among the citizens plus it was a fun day. It was really great to see citizens work together putting politics aside.

Your personal feelings towards a candidate are blurring your vision, and you are showing your ignorance.
Rich has stated time and time again that he is only concerned with the well being of this city, and ignored people who doubt him or his ability, without retribution or arguing.
Why wouldnt you want a man that is so concerned to be in charge?
Are you afraid he might change some of the waste that goes on in this city therefore effecting you or a family members job?
If he was out acting like an idiot like the current mayore I could see your point, but so far the only fool around here seems to be you for not wanting to change the way this corrupt little failure of a city has been heading.
Keep it up Rich, maybe you will get to fire this person one day...
