Condolences

I offer condolences to the family of Karen Binder who passed away this morning at the age of 56. 

For the past 2 1/2 years, Karen served as the Clerk of the County Legislature.  Kind and genuine words of sorrow were expressed from legislators from both sides of the aisle.  In the slash and burn world of Ulster politics, when a person is spoken of well by both sides of the aisle, it speaks to that person's character in a profoundly positive way.
