Six more officers have been hired by the Kingston Police Department. This is a good development for the city.
I am glad to see that the Gallo administration is able to see, acknowledge, and admit that Kingston has a crime problem that must be addressed. The former administration merely fiddled while Kingston burned -- to borrow an old expression .

Well then we should be seeing more patrols, especially on weekends with warm weather when the natives get loud, rowdy, and restless.
