The House of Representatives rejected President Obama's budget by a staggering vote of 414 to 0. Every single Democrat voted against the proposal. Not even Congressman Hinchey cast a vote in favor of the budget. (To be fair, he could have been one of Congressman missing from the vote).
It is truly staggering that not even one Democrat could support Obama's budget. Could President Obama really be too far to the left for even the entire Democrat delegation?

Unless you're talking about a different budget, according to CNN, the budget passed:
The Republican-controlled House of Representatives on Thursday passed the GOP leadership's 2013 budget plan -- a measure that has no chance of passing the Democratic-controlled Senate but creates a clear contrast between the two parties on a number of critical tax and spending issues ahead of the general election.
The resolution passed in a strongly polarized 228-191 vote. No Democrats backed the measure; only 10 Republicans opposed it.
Is there another budget that was introduced?
Before passing the Republican budget, the House voted on the budget submitted by the President. It failed 414 to 0.
Rich, more than likely it's because no one would pass the chief executive's budget with an up or down vote. I don't know how this compares historically, can you tell us?
7:23,
I cannot say it has never happened before, but I do not know of it ever happening.
