Happy New Year.

2012 was a very bad year for my family and me.  I just hope 2013 is a better year.

    Why is Bob Sneor being allowed to live out side of the City of Kingston. A Citry ALderman must live in the City of Kingsotn. Similar to the Chris burns case a few years ago.
