Judge Rules Against Gallo

I have not read the full decision yet, but the Judge ruled in favor of the Board of Elections.

I am surprised given the case law.  I am informed that Gallo will appeal.  Appellate Division has an expedited process for such cases.  I will report once there is a decision from them.

    Maybe you should go to the board of elections and look up the fact that Jeremy voted twice last primary. I have clipped the image of the comment I sent you, along with the moderation. I will post on the other forum.


    why not expose that, instead of that stupid letter the junior league wrote.

    Any thing that Blaber touches is contaminated or corrupt. No surprise there...I could see where he might have voted twice. All the couches he slept on around the city could have facilitated that fact. Hope previous poster has proof!!

    Any truth to the rumor that Gallo is getting signatures to start a new party line? If so, who can carry for him?
